1. Mold box type

According to different types of formwork box, the formwork box type cast-in-situ wall has the following different types:

It is pointed with bonded gypsum, sealed into a box, and then the two sides of the wall board are reliably supported and fixed. After injecting gypsum slurry, the gypsum wall is formed. The wall and the gypsum mold board are hardened into one body, and the formwork is the permanent wall without removing the formwork.

The advantages of permanent formwork are that it does not need to dismantle and clean the formwork, and the workload of wall finishing is greatly reduced, and the labor cost is low; The disadvantage is that the investment cost of gypsum formwork needs to be increased.

(3) Mobile formwork: as the name implies, the mobile formwork is an integral formwork box designed according to the wall structure size, and the lower part is equipped with universal rollers to move or position.

The movable formwork can be divided into one-sided and two-sided. The two-sided formwork is actually a movable formwork box. The height, width and thickness of the formwork box can be adjusted according to the needs. The formwork box can reserve door holes and window holes, and arrange cables, water pipes, potential boxes, etc. the formwork is made of rigid and non adhesive materials. The surrounding of the formwork box is bonded with the wall and column to prevent slurry leakage and slurry leakage during pouring.

The advantages of mobile formwork are that it does not need to manually install, disassemble and clean the mold repeatedly, with low labor cost and low labor intensity. The disadvantage is that the mold investment is high.

2. Spray type

Spray type cast-in-situ wall also has the following different types:

(1) Hanging net spraying. It is to hang and fix metal or polymer wall net materials in the wall holes to be constructed, spray the interface materials, then spray the plastering gypsum mortar, and build the wall after the two sides are plastered.

According to different needs of thermal insulation and sound insulation, different forms of one-layer mesh, two-sided spraying, or two-layer mesh and one-sided spraying can be adopted.

(2) Steel suspension cable spraying. For the walls with high seismic requirements or large space, the steel suspension cable can be tensioned at the wall hole to be constructed, then the wall mesh material can be laid, and then the wall can be sprayed.

(3) Sandwich coating. It is to arrange and fix light plates such as foam board in the wall hole to be constructed. Hollow paper pipes and plastic pipes can also be used. After coating the interface materials, plastering gypsum mortar is sprayed. After the front and rear surfaces are plastered, the sandwich (or hollow) cast-in-situ wall is formed.

3. Printing type
